Terry has been with Teleperformance for more than six years, and has more than 15 years of leadership in omnichannel customer experience management. As head of the company’s Canadian operations, Terry has oversight of all Teleperformance’s contact centers across the country. He drives the organization’s vision and growth strategies, directs the launch of new facilities and leads all client acquisition efforts. Terry is a subject matter expert in the technology, retail and churn management sectors. He has a special interest in looking at how technology aligns with business and client objectives to drive operational performance and cost containment. Terry has a B.A. from Anderson University.
